Kenya Safari Tips
Keep animals as calm as possible.
When several cars or trucks drive around wild animals or get close to them, it scares them. Make as little noise as possible and never try to get an animal’s attention.
Do not leave your car at any time.
Do not stand on the roof or hang out of the windows, and only park your car in the marked spots. Don’t forget that wild animals can be dangerous.
Stick to the speed limit.
People can only go 40 km/h in most game areas, and animals always have the right of way.
When you travel, try to stay in hotels and camps that care about the environment and support conservation efforts in the area.
Do not give wild animals food.
Giving food to wild animals can change their diet and make them too dependent on people, which is not normal.
Be careful not to upset the order of nature.
Animal parts, rocks, plants, seeds, and bird nests should not be bought, collected, or taken out of the wild or natural surroundings in any way.
Bring all of your kids with you.
Animals in the wild are at great risk when you leave trash and litter behind. Keep all of your trash with you and be very careful with cigarettes and matches, which can start big bush fires.
